App Testing Terms and Customer Conditions

testmyapps provides a platform for mobile app testing, tester assignment, and feedback and reporting. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

3. Testing services

We provide access to testers and testing tools. We do not guarantee app approval by Google Play or the Apple App Store, or bug-free results. Testing outcomes may vary.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Payments are generally non-refundable once testing begins. Custom enterprise plans may have separate agreements.

5. User content

You retain ownership of your app and data. By using our service, you grant us permission to share your app with testers and use submitted data for testing purposes. You must ensure you have rights to share the app.

6. Tester conduct

We aim to provide reliable testers. We are not liable for individual tester behavior. Feedback is subjective and may vary.

7. Prohibited activities

You agree not to upload malicious or illegal apps, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, or misuse testers or the system.

8. Limitation of liability

testmyapps is not liable for app rejection by app stores, business losses or delays, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
